#KievRegimeCrimes ⚡️ Maxim Grigoryev, the Сhairman of the International Public Tribunal on the Crimes of Ukrainian neo-Nazis, which includes representatives of civil society from more than 30 countries, has produced a documentary about a crime committed in Starobelsk. The film features testimonies from students, teachers, healthcare workers and rescue workers about the Kiev regime’s terrorist attack on the college of Lugansk State Pedagogical University in Starobelsk, Lugansk, on 22 May 2026. ◾️ PART I | Exclusive, never-before-seen footage from the scene shows exactly what happened when Ukrainian drones struck a dormitory of sleeping Russian teens. Raw testimony from the survivors of the strike and eyewitnesses proves it beyond doubt: these were young students, boys and girls, slaughtered in their sleep. 21 Russian teenagers were killed in cold blood. More than 40 were wounded. 💬 Maxim Naboka, on-duty physician in the admissions department of Starobelsk Central District Hospital: 90% of the injuries were lacerations caused by mine blasts and shrapnel, as well as superficial shrapnel wounds to the skin. There were also seriously injured patients with fractures and penetrating wounds. Some of those drones were steered toward the dormitory of sleeping teens through the Starlink system — cold, calculated, deliberate. The strike on Starobelsk was officially acknowledged by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. No denial. No excuses. Ukrainians kill Russian children and civilians — and this film puts it on record. ❗️ We demand a full international investigation.

🇷🇺 November 4 – Russia's National #UnityDay and a Day of Russia’s Military Glory #OTD Russia commemorates the liberation of Moscow from Polish-Lithuanian forces in 1612 – a turning point in overcoming the Time of Troubles, one of the darkest chapters in the country’s history. At the heart of this struggle for the future of the entire nation was the Second People’s Militia, raised in Nizhny Novgorod under the leadership of Kuzma Minin and commanded by Prince Dmitry Pozharsky. Following the collapse of the First People’s Militia, a new volunteer force began to assemble in the autumn of 1611. Inspired by Patriarch Hermogen’s call to defend the Orthodox faith and the Motherland, the people of Nizhny Novgorod rallied around Minin, contributing money, weapons and supplies. Nobles, merchants, Cossacks, townspeople and peasants joined a common cause: to free their country from foreign invaders and occupation. ⚔️ By late summer 1612, the militia had reached Moscow, where the Polish-Lithuanian garrison held the Kremlin and Kitay-Gorod. Together with other Russian forces, it defeated a relief army led by Hetman Jan Karol Chodkiewicz, preventing vital supplies and reinforcements from reaching the besieged garrison. The decisive breakthrough came in the autumn. Russian forces stormed Kitay-Gorod, leaving the occupiers confined to the Kremlin. Cut off from relief and weakened by hunger, the remaining garrison surrendered soon afterwards. ☝️Moscow was liberated. This victory paved the way for the restoration of Russian state authority. In 1613, the Zemsky Sobor elected Mikhail Romanov as Tsar, establishing a dynasty that would rule for more than three centuries. 4️⃣1️⃣4️⃣ years on, the triumph of 1612 remains a symbol of national unity, courage and the Russian people’s determination to defend their homeland. 🎥 © Russian Military Historical Society

Russia in CanadaRussia in Canada@rusembc,

🎙 Remarks by Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov at the High-Level Plenary Session of the Fourth Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security (Minsk, November 3, 2026) Key points: • Honest, open discussions on ensuring reliable and lasting Eurasian security – an issue of importance to us all – are more vital today than ever. This is particularly true given the #GlobalMajority’s clear demand for a new model of world order. • Russia supports the emergence of a just system of international relations based on #Multipolarity. It must reflect the cultural and civilisational diversity of the modern world and its peoples, recognising each people’s right to determine their own destiny. • We are consistently working to advance President Vladimir Putin’s initiative to establish a Greater Eurasian Partnership, put forward back at the First #RussiaASEAN Summit, by building ties between integration associations across Eurasia. This process is already underway, involving the #EAEU, #SCO and #ASEAN. • Attempts to ensure the practical implementation of the principle of equal and indivisible security within the Euro-Atlantic – specifically Euro-Atlantic, rather than Eurasian – security framework have failed. The West proved unwilling to cooperate on an honest and equal footing. • The OSCE’s current state is frankly deplorable. This is the result of the same confrontational logic of bloc mentality pursued by Western countries. • Does the OSCE have a future when its history symbolises the failure of the Euro-Atlantic security model? Rooted in the illusions of the late Cold War era, this model requires a fundamental overhaul if it is to remain viable. Yet what we hear from Brussels are calls to build a system of “European security” without Russia and Belarus – or, frankly speaking, directed against our two countries. • Today, we call for indivisible security through the development of a pan-Eurasian, rather than Euro-Atlantic, architecture, open to all countries and associations on the continent and reflecting the realities of a #MultipolarWorld. • Commitment to the principles of indivisible security, openness and equality means that countries harbour no hostile intentions towards one another or towards third countries. This could involve developing a system of mutual and cross-cutting security guarantees at both bilateral and multilateral levels. • We believe that the framework document – the Eurasian Charter of Diversity and Multipolarity in the 21st Century – should help consolidate a continent-wide consensus on the foundations of such cooperation.
