🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 Did you know that 11.3 of the Law of War Manual was STARTED in JANUARY 2021? The 2026 Midterms puts an END to the Law of War Manual 11.3 (End of Occupation). Let me explain.💥 In January of 2021 when the National Guard and FEMA occupied the Mall area surrounding the Capitol Building, that STARTED 11.3 (End of Occupation) in the Law of War Manual. This began the process of removing the Belligerent Occupants. When we WIN the 2026 midterms, we will have ENDED 11.3: End of the hostile relationship — specifically, the Manual states: "if a new independent government of the previously occupied territory assumes control of the territory and consents to the presence of the previously occupying forces, then such a situation would no longer be considered a belligerent occupation."💥 Remember what President @realDonaldTrump said in his First 2017 Inaugural Speech: "We are transferring power from Washington, D.C., and giving it back to You, the People." It's Chapter XI, Section 11.3 — titled "End of Occupation and Duration of GC Obligations" — with the specific termination rule in subsection 11.3.1, "End of Occupation." That subsection states belligerent occupation ceases when: 1. The occupier no longer factually governs the territory (e.g., expulsion, withdrawal, or an uprising that prevents enforcement of authority), or 2. The hostile relationship ends — for example, when a new, independent government of the previously occupied territory assumes control and consents to the presence of the former occupier's forces, or when a legitimate peace treaty transfers the territory. At that point, the occupier's temporary right to govern ends and authority reverts to the local sovereign. Section 11.3.2 then addresses the limited duration of certain Geneva Convention IV obligations that may continue briefly after the general close of military operations, even while governmental functions are still being exercised. https://x.com/mqaveli/status/2116625929506066448?a=WeSOmhGKKoyrMGV7kMk&s=46 ____________________ 🚨 Q DROP — 11.3 IS THE MARKER FOR THE END OF OCCUPATION 🚨 A plan set in motion years earlier lines up with November 3. Everything is focused on that date. 11.3 is a marker in the Law of War manual. Section 11.3 of the U.S. Department of Defense Law of War Manual is titled “End of Occupation.” It defines when a state’s status as a belligerent occupier ends — when the occupying power no longer exercises effective control, or when the hostile relationship ends. The enemy occupation of the government is about to come to a dramatic end. The marker is 11.3, November 3, Election Day. A big red wave is coming, and it will end any hope of the occupying enemy regaining control over the federal government. Q drop 26: “Think about it logically. The only way is the military, fully controlled. Save and spreads once 11.3 verifies as the first marker.” Thank you @JoeLange https://x.com/andweknow/status/2116495147131359458?a=gSKWjfvVdIFPUs_cCeg&s=46

🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 11/3/26 @ 8:45 pm est. ♦️♦️♦️♦️ 🔺🔺🔺 🔺♦️ 🔺♦️♦️🔺🔺♦️🔺♦️🔺🔺 Section 11.3 of the Department of Defense Law of War Manual is titled "End of Occupation and Duration of GC Obligations" (referring to the 1949 Geneva Convention IV regarding the protection of civilians in time of war). Key Rules in Section 11.3 When Belligerent Occupation Ends: Under Section 11.3.1, the status of a military occupation ceases when the conditions that make it an occupation are no longer met. Specifically, this happens when: The occupying power no longer factually governs or exercises effective control over the territory (such as through a forced withdrawal, expulsion, or local uprising). The hostile relationship no longer exists—for example, if a new, independent government of the previously occupied territory takes control and consents to the presence of the foreign forces, or if a peace treaty transfers sovereignty. Duration of Geneva Convention Obligations: Section 11.3.2 outlines that while general applications of Geneva Convention IV in non-occupied territory cease upon the general close of military operations, an Occupying Power remains bound by specific core protection articles in occupied territory for the entire duration of the occupation (and in some cases, up to one year after the general close of military operations under Article 6 of Geneva Convention IV). 🚨 BREAKING: PRESIDENT TRUMP ENDS DIRECT $4B MILITARY AID TO ISRAEL under agreement with PM Netanyahu "Netanyahu and I have made a deal: we give Israel $4B a year...we're stopping. They're fine with it." "We've agreed. He's very understanding of it. Why are we giving Israel $4B? Take that off the table, they don't need it." Sounds like Israel can still get America's help and buy weapons if needed. The left has no response! https://x.com/ericldaugh/status/2117614156538941475?a=f6HrN7rbSNx1HDoP6QY&s=46
