TLS is also used in government and military communications infrastructure. Could Phil be pointing toward something involving SECURE COMMUNICATIONS?! This is especially interesting considering his other cryptic posts today!

Remember, sometimes in order to truly WAKE PEOPLE UP, you have to SHOW them something more than once! Not everyone is going to SEE or UNDERSTAND the first time around. Sometimes it takes seeing the same thing over and over again before it finally CLICKS! REPETITION! 👀 There’s a saying that you have to show someone something THREE times before they begin to recognize and understand a pattern. In my opinion, this is also why I believe things have taken so long.
