🇷🇺🇨🇳 On November 1, Russia's Federation Council delegation led by its Speaker Valentina Matvienko arrived in the People’s Republic of China. On November 2, Valentina Matvienko and Chairman of the Standing Committee of China’s National People’s Congress Zhao Leji held a meeting in Beijing. During their talks at the Great Hall of the People, the two officials noted that regular and productive interparliamentary ties reflect the high level of Russia-China cooperation. They emphasised that President of Russia Vladimir Putin and President of China Xi Jinping maintain close contact (1, 2, 3). At their meetings in Beijing and Bishkek this year, the Leaders reached important agreements that set the course for cooperation between Russia and China. Their next meeting is scheduled to take place on the sidelines of the Summit in Shenzhen. Valentina Matvienko briefed her Chinese counterpart on the results of Russia’s recent parliamentary elections. She reaffirmed Russian lawmakers’ commitment to constructive cooperation with their Chinese partners. 🤝 The parliamentarians expressed their determination to provide all necessary legislative support for the full implementation of the agreements reached at the highest level and to advance the Russia-China comprehensive partnership and strategic cooperation. 🇷🇺🇨🇳 Председатель Совета Федерации Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации Валентина Матвиенко провела встречу с Председателем Постоянного комитета Всекитайского собрания народных представителей КНР Чжао Лэцзи В ходе переговоров стороны отметили высокий уровень российско-китайского межпарламентского взаимодействия, его регулярный и продуктивный характер. Подчеркнута ключевая роль Президента России В.В.Путина и Председателя КНР Си Цзиньпина в укреплении политического взаимодоверия, развитии стратегической координации и определении приоритетных направлений двустороннего сотрудничества. Особое внимание уделено законодательному обеспечению реализации договоренностей, достигнутых на высшем уровне, повышению эффективности работы Межпарламентской комиссии, развитию контактов между профильными комитетами законодательных органов двух стран. Состоялся обмен мнениями по актуальным вопросам двусторонней и международной повестки дня, включая расширение торгово-экономического и межрегионального сотрудничества, укрепление гуманитарных связей и молодежных обменов. Отдельно отмечено значение проходящих в 2026–2027 гг. «перекрестных» Годов образования России и Китая. Во встрече принял участие Посол России в Китае Игорь Моргулов.

🌸 28 октября на территории Посольства России в КНР состоялась церемония передачи диппредставительству 30 кустов пионов — подарка города Хэцзэ (провинция Шаньдун), который в Китае именуют «пионовой столицей». В мероприятии приняли участие советник-посланник Посольства Ленар Салимуллин, заместитель руководителя городской канцелярии иностранных дел Чжу Айлин, заместитель директора регионального центра селекции Лю Цзиго. Высаженные растения, прижившись, должны зацвести в следующем сезоне — в апреле 2027 г. Пионы имеют особое значение в китайской культуре, олицетворяя долголетие и благополучие, ассоциируются с женской красотой и изяществом, часто изображаются на традиционных рисунках тушью. Неофициально — в народе — пион считается государственным цветком Китая, его с теплом называют «королем цветов». В Хэцзэ исторически большое внимание уделяется развитию индустрии выращивания пионов. Ежегодно в апреле там проходит тематический международный фестиваль — город превращается в цветущий сад, привлекающий путешественников из разных стран.

30 октября в Пекине состоялась встреча руководителей железных дорог России и Китая Олега Белозёрова и Го Чжусюэ.   Обсужден широкий круг вопросов двустороннего взаимодействия, направленного на увеличение взаимного пассажиро- и грузооборота, развитие сопредельных пунктов пропуска, повышение уровня цифровизации и экологизации железнодорожного транспорта.   Отмечалось, что за 9 месяцев 2026 г. объем двусторонних грузоперевозок вырос на 5% до 146 млн тонн, доставлено 39 тыс. пассажиров (+37,2%).   Достигнуты договоренности об усилении координации в целях увеличения числа принимаемых на пограничных станциях составов, поддержке проектов международных пассажирских и туристских поездов, совершенствовании технологий безбумажного оформления грузов. По итогам встречи подписан протокол.   В мероприятии принял участие Посол России в Китае Игорь Моргулов.

Поздравил турецкого коллегу Сельчука Унала и Билала Эрдогана с праздником, переговорил с представлявшим китайскую сторону заместителем Министра иностранных дел Мяо Дэюем, тепло пообщался с послами ряда дружественных стран.
