The National Defense side of EO13848 comes in through the intelligence community, which the Office of DNI leads. Several of its members sit inside the Dept of War: NSA, DIA, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, the National Reconnaissance Office, and the intelligence units of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines and Space Force. Their role under the order is to gather and assess intelligence for the DNI's report. U.S. Cyber Command has also defended elections against foreign threats, for example in 2018 and 2020, but under its own Title 10 authorities, not this order. This extraordinary legal order is based on a National Emergency declared under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), the same mechanism behind most U.S. sanctions programs. What's distinctive is that EO13848 treats foreign interference in an election as a standing national-security emergency and sets an automatic 45-day assessment-and-sanctions cycle after every federal election. Does anyone believe this is a simple administrative exercise for purposes of bureaucratic Swamp bloat and personal wealth enrichment by self-dealing politicians? 🚨 THE FINAL XRP SHAKEOUT BEFORE THE GREAT REPRICING EVENT MAY BE UPON US. And the timing is almost TOO PERFECT. The system wants your XRP. It wants you exhausted, frustrated, demoralized and questioning everything you believed about what’s coming. Suddenly, armies of suspicious bot accounts and influencers are flooding the timeline with FUD, relentlessly pushing the same message: SELL YOUR XRP. They don’t need to confiscate your XRP. They just need to convince you to surrender it voluntarily. I’ve seen enough market cycles to recognize the psychology. THE NOISE IS GETTING LOUDER. THE DESPERATION IS PALPABLE. To me, that’s a fascinating contrarian signal. THE FLIP IS CLOSE. AND THE LAST THING THEY WANT IS FOR YOU TO SEE IT COMING.

SpaceX (NASDAQ: SPCX) has held months of negotiations with EchoStar (NASDAQ: ECHO) to either acquire Boost Mobile outright or secure wholesale access to its wireless network, according to The Washington Post. The move aims to merge SpaceX's satellite constellation with ground-based cellular infrastructure, transforming Starlink Mobile from a supplemental direct-to-cell feature into a hybrid nationwide carrier competing for the $235 billion US telecom market against AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile. Two Deal Structures: Elon Musk met with EchoStar Chairman Charlie Ergen in October to weigh buying the Boost Mobile business directly or leasing its network to launch a SpaceX-branded phone service. Existing Spectrum Ties: The talks build on SpaceX's earlier $20 billion deal to acquire EchoStar radio spectrum—slated to close in November 2027—and FCC approval for 15,000 second-generation Starlink Mobile satellites. The Carrier Consent Hurdle: Boost Mobile relies on wholesale network leasing agreements with AT&T and T-Mobile, meaning those legacy rivals may hold contractual veto power over transferring network access to SpaceX. Market Reaction: In morning trading on November 2, 2026, SpaceX (SPCX) climbed 5.25% to $141.80, while EchoStar (ECHO) surged 9.38% to $98.66.
