ANALYSIS: BOLTON LEGAL TEAM SENTENCING MEMO - PROBATION NOT JAIL TIME -62 page memo argues, 'Ambassador Bolton @AmbJohnBolton should never have to fear he will die in prison' +135 Letters of Support - 'Bolton has accepted responsibility for his conduct and worked cooperatively with DOJ, the FBI and the Intelligence Community..' - Bolton's four decades of government service including UN Ambassador and National Security Adviser ARGUES DOUBLE STANDARD: Bolton legal team memo CITES similar high profile cases that resulted in probation - Former Bill Clinton National Security Adviser Sandy Berger was 'sentenced to 2 years’ probation, 100 hours of community service, and a $50,000 fine - Berger unlawfully retained and removed 'highly classified documents (related to the 9/11 Commission's investigation of al Qaeda) from the National Archives and deliberately destroying some of them... - 'In the case of former CIA Director David Petraeus, the court imposed a sentence of 2 years’ probation and $100,000 fine for providing classified military information to a biographer with whom he was having an affair....' - Bolton legal team says Berger and Petraeus cases establish a precedent and argue for leniency in the former National Security Adviser's case CITE MITIGATING FACTORS: - Bolton diaries 'reflect his effort to create a clear records for history, not an effort to subvert U.S. National Security' - 'Bolton did not disseminate National Defense Information to the public at large, the press, or a foreign adversary...' - Federal Bureau of Prisons 'cannot adequately protect Ambassador Bolton from the real, ongoing assassination threats by Iran and its proxies' BOLTON LEGAL TEAM BOTTOM LINE: - 'A probationary sentence would allow Ambassador Bolton to continue to serve the nation he loves, and that he has fought to defend and protect his entire life, while ensuring he is punished, but “not greater than necessary.” ' TIMING: In June, John Bolton pleaded guilt to one count of willfully retaining national defense/classified information. This resolved an 18-count indictment. Bolton had shared diary like notes with family members via email and secure APPs in preparation for his bestselling memoir, 'The Room Where It Happened' about his experience in the Trump White House. Bolton's email was later hacked. Fine: $2.25 million (half due within five days of sentencing; the balance within 90 days). Bolton's sentencing is scheduled for early December. VOLTRON4444 🇺🇸🦅VOLTRON4444 🇺🇸🦅@voltron4444,

Besides the fact that it didn't hit anything important.....these are the facts Official identification and response: The FAA identified the aircraft as a Learjet 60 that departed Austin-Bergstrom International Airport in Texas, bound for the Bahamas. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy, the FAA, NTSB, Palm Beach County officials, and Governor Ron DeSantis have all confirmed it as a manned business jet with nine people on board—all killed. The NTSB is leading the investigation. Drones of any size do not trigger this level of federal aviation response, mass-casualty declarations, or official aircraft-type identification. Size and visual scale: Relative to the utility poles, street width, cars, and surrounding buildings, the object is far too large for a drone. A Learjet 60 has a wingspan of roughly 43 feet and a length of about 58 feet. Even large military or industrial drones are substantially smaller and do not match this silhouette or mass in relation to the environment. Aircraft structure visible in the footage: The shape shows a fixed-wing configuration with a fuselage and wings consistent with a jet aircraft in a steep (near-vertical) dive. Drones (especially multirotors) have a completely different profile—typically compact, with visible rotors or a very different wing/body layout. The motion and attitude match a high-speed uncontrolled descent of a fixed-wing jet, not drone flight characteristics. Flight data and communications: ADS-B tracking and ATC recordings show the aircraft at high altitude before an extreme, rapid descent (reported rates of thousands of feet per minute, with the pilot declaring an emergency, reporting overspeed, and stating they were going to crash). Consumer or typical commercial drones do not operate at those altitudes with that flight profile or generate recorded ATC radio traffic of this nature. Crash effects and aftermath: The impact created a crater in the roadway, a large debris field, a significant fireball, power outages, and required evacuation of hundreds of nearby residents. It damaged infrastructure on a scale consistent with a multi-ton jet aircraft carrying fuel. No drone produces a crater, fireball of that magnitude, or this level of structural and environmental damage. Context of the image: The rainy/overcast conditions, wet road, power lines/poles, and street view align with multiple circulating videos of this exact Learjet crash. The “Palm Coast Plaza” sign visible in the frame is consistent with local commercial signage in the broader South Florida area (or a similar-looking plaza); the event itself is confirmed in Palm Beach County, not Flagler County’s Palm Coast. Claims that it is a “drone” appear to stem from the dramatic dive angle, motion blur in rainy conditions, or rapid social-media speculation before official details circulated. The combined evidence from authorities, flight data, radio transmissions, wreckage scale, and multiple video angles rules that out. This was a tragic manned aircraft accident.
