"What has pHix been doing for me?
As many of you know, I’ve been living with Hashimoto’s disease since I was 16.
To keep it simple, Hashimoto’s is an autoimmune condition where your immune system mistakenly attacks your thyroid gland, as if it’s a harmful invader.
Over time, this can cause the thyroid to shut down."
These symptoms include:
• Extreme tiredness
• Muscle weakness and joint pain
• Constipation
• Weight gain
• Sensitivity to cold
• Depression
• Changes in hair and skin
• Puffy eyes and face
• Memory problems or difficulty focusing
• Inflammation throughout the body
The Thyroid hormones are essential for the body to function normally.
When your thyroid is off, it’s like you can go from feeling perfectly fine to being hit with a flare-up that leaves you feeling completely drained.
Unfortunately, for the past 6 months, I’ve been dealing with one of the worst flare-ups I’ve had in a while.
Back in May 2024, I had bloodwork done, and my TSH levels were 0.55, which is in the normal range (0.20 - 6.5). I felt amazing!
By October, I started to feel “off” again—losing motivation, gaining weight, and struggling to do the things I normally enjoy.
I didn’t recognize it right away because the changes happen so gradually, it’s easy to brush them off as just stress. But by November, things had gotten bad enough that I knew I had to do something.
That’s when I found pHix, and it’s been a total game-changer.
After starting pHix, I began losing weight and felt like myself again. No more midday naps!
My energy returned, my cravings for sugar vanished, and I started feeling more in control. Il
I even kept taking it throughout Christmas and noticed I wasn’t gaining weight, but wasn’t losing either.
So, I decided to check in with my doctor and get my TSH levels tested.
To give some context, during my last major flare-up in January 2022, my TSH levels were at 95, and I felt absolutely awful—like I couldn’t get through the day. It was one of my worst flare-ups by far.
Fast forward to yesterday: I got my latest bloodwork back, and my TSH was >150.
I was in disbelief because while I’m definitely not feeling 100%, I’m also not feeling like I’m at my lowest point either. And it’s all thanks to pHix! 🤗
Despite my TSH being high and going through this flare-up, I haven’t gained any weight since I started taking it in November, and the symptoms that usually knock me out aren’t nearly as bad as they would’ve been.
My goal for the next couple of months is to concentrate on getting my TSH levels back into the normal range so I can fully experience the benefits of pHix—especially when my thyroid and metabolism are working as they should."
