Terms of service
These terms apply to the site and to its MCP server: by using either, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What the service is
Telemoon shows statistics of public Telegram channels: subscribers, views, growth, posts, mentions, advertising and trending posts, compiled from what those channels publish openly. The site is run independently and is not affiliated with Telegram or with the channels it describes. It is free and needs no account.
Using the site
You may use the site and the figures it shows for your own purposes, personal or commercial, including quoting them with a link to the page they come from. You may not disturb the service: overload it with requests, work around its limits, or present its content as your own or as official information from Telegram. Automated access is welcome through the MCP server, within its limits; reading the site with scripts at a rate that affects other visitors, or copying it as a whole, is not.
The MCP server
The MCP server hands the same figures to AI assistants as tools, without a key and within rate limits, so that one client cannot crowd out the others. We may change, add or withdraw tools and limits at any time and may block a client that disturbs the service. What an assistant says on the basis of these tools is the assistant's: check a figure on its page before you rely on it.
Channel content
Channel names, descriptions, avatars and post texts belong to their authors and appear here as excerpts, with links to the original, to describe the channel. If you run a channel and want its page corrected or removed, or you believe content on the site infringes your rights, write to us and we will look into it.
Our materials
The site's design, its texts, its software and the figures it compiles, including the compilation of channel data as a whole, are ours. You may quote and link freely; you may not copy the site or a large part of it, or build your own service on it, without our permission.
No guarantees
The site and the MCP server are provided as they are. The figures are collected automatically from channels that change all the time: a value may be late, incomplete or wrong, a page may be missing, and the service may be interrupted. Nothing here is advice: a decision to advertise in a channel or to follow it is yours.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss, direct or indirect, that comes from using the site or the MCP server or from relying on their figures. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Links to other sites
Links lead to Telegram and to other sites and apps with their own rules. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they show or do.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms and the service itself, including by closing a feature or the whole service. The current version is always on this page, and the date under its title shows when it last changed; using the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
General
If a court finds a part of these terms invalid, the rest stays in force.
