Infrastructure Update — Status Notice We've completed a major infrastructure upgrade to improve the performance, stability and security of the YEX platform. Following the update, we've identified that a number of users are currently unable to log in or access their accounts. Our engineering team is aware of the issue and is actively working on a fix. What you need to know: • This is an access issue only — it does not affect your balances • Your funds are safe and remain fully backed. • No action is required from you, and there is no need to re-register or create a new account • If you can't log in, please avoid repeated attempts and wait for our confirmation We're treating this as our top priority and expect to restore full access as quickly as possible. We'll post an update here as soon as the issue is resolved. If you need assistance in the meantime, our support team is available at [email protected] We apologise for the disruption and thank you for your patience. — The YEX Team
