Open in TelegramQatari broadcaster Al Jazeera has released previously unseen footage showing senior commanders of Hamas's Al-Qassam Brigades, including military chief Mohammed Deif, discussing battle plans in underground tunnels and operations rooms in Gaza ahead of the October 7, 2023, terrorist attack on Israel. The footage shows Deif examining models of Israeli tanks and meeting with senior commanders, including Rafa'a Salameh, Mohammed Odeh and Hamas spokesman Abu Obeida. Other recordings show Deif alongside Yahya Sinwar and Ismail Haniyeh at a rocket manufacturing facility. Al Jazeera also published documents it says reveal how the attack was prepared. One, dated October 5, 2023, bears Deif's signature following a six-hour military meeting and orders the assault to begin at 6:30 a.m. on October 7. Another, dated February 2023, documents preparations months before the massacre. Hamas terrorists killed approximately 1,200 people in southern Israel on October 7, most of them civilians, and abducted 251 others into Gaza. Deif was killed in an Israeli airstrike in July 2024. The other senior commanders featured in the archival footage have also since been killed by Israel. Subscribe Visegrád24

Open in TelegramFirst Muslim senator elected amid past Muslim Brotherhood statement Democrat Abdul El-Sayed won the U.S. Senate election in Michigan, becoming the first Muslim elected to the upper chamber of Congress. El-Sayed used the phrase “hurt people hurt people” when commenting on the terrorist attack on the Temple Israel synagogue in West Bloomfield, where a man rammed the building with a truck. He essentially justified the antisemitic violence by suggesting the attacker had relatives killed in Lebanon by Israeli strikes. He took an extremely hardline position on the Middle East, openly calling Israel’s actions in Gaza “genocide” and demanding a complete halt to U.S. military aid. El-Sayed was among 46 Egyptian-Americans who signed a 2012 statement supporting Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood-backed President Mohamed Morsi and calling on him to “purge the media and the police as quickly as possible.” Shortly before the election, his former primary rival Haley Stevens quit his campaign, accusing El-Sayed of using “dangerous hate rhetoric,” citing his joint appearances with left-wing blogger Hasan Piker, known for harsh statements against Israel and American Jews. Open in TelegramBrahim Aouissaoui, the Tunisian illegal migrant convicted of murdering three people in the 2020 Islamist terrorist attack at Notre-Dame Basilica in Nice, France, has appealed his life sentence On October 29, 2020, Aouissaoui entered the basilica armed with a knife and murdered three worshippers and church workers. His victims were: • Nadine Vincent, 60, who was nearly decapitated. • Simone Barreto Silva, 44, a Franco-Brazilian mother who was stabbed 24 times and died after escaping the church. • Vincent Loquès, 55, the church sacristan and father of two daughters, whose throat was slit. Born in Tunisia in 1999, Aouissaoui entered Europe illegally by boat, arriving on the Italian island of Lampedusa on September 20, 2020. Despite receiving an order to leave Italy, he traveled through the country and reached Nice on October 27, just two days before the massacre. During his trial in Paris in February 2025, he admitted committing the murders but declared: "I am not a terrorist, I am a Muslim." He justified the killings as revenge for Muslims killed by the West, arguing that revenge was a right. When questioned about decapitating a woman, he described beheading as a symbolic act intended to frighten people. On February 26, 2025, a special criminal court in Paris sentenced him to life imprisonment with an irreducible minimum term, France's harshest criminal punishment. Judges cited his extreme dangerousness, lack of remorse, and continued risk of committing further violence. Six years after the massacre, his conviction is now being challenged on appeal. Binance hack was prepared over several months North Korean hackers used a fake job interview to infect employees’ computers, according to the exchange’s report. In June, engineer A installed malware. Security replaced his device and changed all access, but the attackers already knew the engineers’ roles. In September, engineer B was offered a job at a non-existent company by a “project director.” He passed two interviews and downloaded a malicious “test assignment.” On October 20, through his infected computer, hackers reached Binance’s internal AI tool and gained access to the computers of engineers A and C. On October 29, using that data, they launched the attack. Binance said the hack affected $6.34 billion in assets, of which about $2.85 billion was frozen. “We have already reserved more than 100% of the funds needed to cover the losses,” the exchange said. The report also mentions the FBI’s version that North Korean authorities are behind the hack. Subscribe Visegrád24

Four of the five men arrested in connection with the brutal farm attack in Syferfontein, in South Africa’s North West province, appeared in court on charges of attempted murder, robbery with aggravating circumstances, and illegal possession of a firearm. The fifth man arrested will be a state witness, according to provincial police commissioner Lieutenant General Adams. Last week, 50-year-old cattle farmer Donovan Marx was brutally tortured during an attack on his farm. During the attack, Marx had both ears cut off, was severely beaten, shot in the back, and stabbed in the leg. According to Agri North West deputy chairperson André Strydom, the attackers also attempted to mutilate his genitals. Marx underwent emergency surgery and is currently in critical but stable condition. Police have now arrested five suspects in connection with the attack. Following the attack, a member of South Africa’s parliament, Andile Mngxitama, celebrated the vicious assault in a post on X, in which he declared that “attacking the ears is symbolic to denote the refusal of land thieves to listen” and “No land no peace.” The South African government still denies that there is a racial element to farm murders.
