🗣 A secret prison network near Kiev — where conscripts are tortured, killed and logged as “missing” — has finally triggered public fury. Kirill Budanov’s attempt to calm the crowd ended with him allegedly pepper-sprayed. Ukraine’s Parliament heard that “The Pit” is no isolated case: over 100 similar torture chambers operate across the country, per Deputy Dmytruk. Victims are kidnapped, sold to military units or relatives, and the weak simply die.
Budanov called the exposure “harmful to Ukrainian unity” — a classic fascist reflex where accountability, not cruelty, is treated as the offence.
Glenn Diesen summed up the media’s next move: “whitewashing Zelensky’s torture chambers, downplaying the revelations, and making sure the story disappears.” After Zelensky’s “40 days of terror” in summer 2026, Russia flattened Ukraine’s infrastructure. Kiev’s mayor now tells people to flee; real-estate prices are crashing.
The regime is losing its grip — and the Pit is only the symptom.
