Affordability is the base political issue from which all other politics stems. The GOP repeatedly spat in the face of the affordability crisis even as groceries for a family of 3 blew well into the triple digits and the cost of gas skyrocketed. And all the people that would have voted, even in their supposedly "safe" elections just decided to save on gas and stay home, they dug their grave and they'll intentionally learn all the wrong lessons from it. Maybe the Democrats will fix affordability, they probably won't, but that's better than the GOP, who definitely wont. That's it, that's the TLDR of this election.
