នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី៣ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្នុងនាមតំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ ឯកឧត្តម ប្រាក់ សុខុន ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ  ឯកឧត្តម អ៊ុន ឃាង រដ្ឋលេខាធិការនៃក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ បានទទួលជួបសំណេះសំណាល ជាមួយនិស្សិតកម្ពុជាចំនួន ៩១ រូប ដែលជាជ័យលាភីអាហារូបករណ៍រដ្ឋាភិបាលអូស្ដ្រាលី និងនូវែលសេឡង់ សម្រាប់ឆ្នាំសិក្សា២០២៧ នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួង។ នៅក្នុងជំនួប ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានសម្តែងក្តីរីករាយ និងអបអរសាទរយ៉ាងកក់ក្តៅ ចំពោះនិស្សិតកម្ពុជាដែលទទួលបានអាហារូបករណ៍ដ៏មានតម្លៃនាពេលនេះ។ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានគូសបញ្ជាក់អំពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃទំនាក់ទំនងដ៏ជិតសិ្នទ្ធ និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការល្អរវាងកម្ពុជា-អូស្រ្តាលី និងកម្ពុជា-នូវែលសេឡង់។ បន្ថែមពីនេះ ឯកឧត្តម អ៊ុន ឃាង បានលើកទឹកចិត្តដល់និស្សិតជ័យលាភី ដែលជាតំណាងរបស់កម្ពុជា ឱ្យរក្សាទំនាក់ទំនងឱ្យល្អជាមួយម្ចាស់ផ្ទះ និងចូលរួមលើកកម្ពស់កិត្យានុភាពរបស់ កម្ពុជា លើឆាកអន្តរជាតិ។ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ក៏បានសម្តែងក្តីសង្ឃឹមថា បន្ទាប់ពីបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សា និស្សិតអាហារូបករណ៍ទាំងពីរក្រុម នឹងវិលត្រឡប់មកជាមួយចំណេះដឹង និងជំនាញ មកបម្រើជាផលប្រយោជន៍ដល់ប្រទេសជាតិវិញ។ តំណាងនិស្សិតជ័យលាភីអាហារូបករណ៍ទាំងពីរក្រុម បានកោតសរសើរចំពោះការខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ក្រោមការដឹកនាំប្រកបដោយភាពឈ្លាសវៃរបស់សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រទេសជាតិ ជាពិសេសការអភិវឌ្ឍវិស័យធនធានមនុស្ស និងបានអរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ប្រាក់ សុខុន ដែលតែងតែលើកទឹកចិត្តដល់ក្រុមនិស្សិតអាហារូបករណ៍ នាពេលនេះ។  ជាទីបញ្ចប់ ឯកឧត្តម អ៊ុន ឃាង បានជូនពរដល់ក្រុមនិសិ្សតធ្វើដំណើរទៅកាន់ប្រទេសអូស្រ្តាលី និងនូវែលសេទ្បង់ ប្រកបដោយសុខសុវត្ថិភាព និងទទួលបានជោគជ័យក្នុងការសិក្សា។    On the morning of 3 November 2026, on behalf of His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia, His Excellency UN Kheang, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a courtesy call from 91 Cambodian recipients of the Australia Awards and Manaaki New Zealand Scholarships for the 2027 academic year, at the Ministry. During the meeting, His Excellency the Secretary of State expressed pleasure and extended warm congratulations to the Cambodian recipients of the prestigious scholarship. His Excellency the Secretary of State highlighted the importance of the close relations and good cooperation between Cambodia and Australia, and between Cambodia and New Zealand. Furthermore, His Excellency UN Kheang encouraged the awardees, as representatives of Cambodia, to foster good relations with their host countries and contribute to promoting Cambodia’s prestige on the international stage. His Excellency the Secretary of State also expressed his hope that, upon completion of their studies, the awardees would return with knowledge and skills acquired abroad and put them to meaningful use for the benefit of Cambodia. On behalf of the scholarship recipients, representatives of the two groups expressed their high appreciation for the efforts of the Royal Government of Cambodia, under the wise leadership of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, in advancing the country’s development, particularly human resource development, and conveyed profound gratitude to His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn for continued encouragement and support. In conclusion, His Excellency UN Kheang extended best wishes to the awardees for a safe journey to Australia and New Zealand and every success in their studies.

During the meeting, both sides expressed their satisfaction with the longstanding and close cooperation between Cambodia and the Office of the SRSG-VAC and exchanged views on strengthening child protection systems, enhancing policy frameworks, and efforts to prevent and eliminate violence against children. Her Excellency the Acting Minister reaffirmed Cambodia's commitment to child rights and welfare, while Her Excellency Najat commended the Kingdom's ongoing progress and reiterated the United Nations' continued support for national initiatives in this vital sector.

On that occasion, His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister was warmly and cordially received by Her Excellency Dr. Soeung Rathchavy, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Cambodia to the People’s Republic of China, alongside all Embassy officials and staff. Her Excellency the Ambassador and the Embassy staff expressed their profound gratitude to His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister for always taking time out of his busy schedule to visit them, and for his consistent attention to renovating Cambodia’s diplomatic missions abroad.

His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister expressed deepest appreciation to the Government of China for the warmest hospitality extended to His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath NORODOM SIHAMONI, King of Cambodia and Her Majesty NORODOM Monineath Sihanouk, the Queen-Mother during their medical check-ups in China. Despite their frequent interactions, both Foreign Ministers exchanged warm wishes and noted with satisfaction that each encounter continues to consolidate and elevate the enduring bilateral ties between the two nations. Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn also thanked China for its continued support in facilitating peaceful dialogue, emphasizing that lasting peace must rest firmly on international law and that international borders must not be changed by force or through fait accompli.

The Deputy Prime Minister highly praised the success of the recent official visit of His Excellency Prime Minister Le Minh Hung to Cambodia, highlighting that such high-level exchanges reflect the strong, lasting bond between Cambodia and Viet Nam, guided by “Good Neighbourliness, Traditional Friendship, Comprehensive Cooperation, and Long-term Stability.” Both Foreign Ministers also discussed preparations for the upcoming 11th ACMECS Summit and 12th CLMV Summit, set to take place in Ha Noi at the end of this month, reaffirming their shared commitment to subregional cooperation. In addition, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister briefed his counterpart on the latest developments along the border between Cambodia and Thailand.

His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister commended all stakeholders for their dedicated efforts in advancing subregional integration, economic growth, and practical cooperation under the MLC framework over the past decade. Looking ahead into this MLC 2.0 phase, Cambodia highlighted key priorities to deliver tangible benefits for its people: safeguarding peace, managing water resources responsibly, combating transnational crime, and deepening people-to-people ties.
