We are making a film! DIRECTOR'S STATEMENT THE SPACE BETWEEN US I am making this film because I believe that connection is the most important thing we have and we are losing it. We live in a world where technology promises connection but creates isolation. We communicate more than ever but feel more alone. This film asks: what does it mean to truly connect in a world that keeps us apart? On the surface, this is a love story: a dancer in New York and an IT specialist in Moscow meet online, fall in love, and are separated by an ocean. But on a deeper level, it is about connection on every level: between people, between countries, between art and technology. Our tagline is "Connection is Art." Love is not just a feeling. It is a craft. It takes effort, empathy, and the willingness to understand someone different from you. I believe this craft can be learned. I am making this film because art has a diplomatic mission. In a divided world, we must build bridges where there are walls. We must prove that connection is not just possible, it is necessary. This film is my attempt to show that love is worth the risk. Dear friends! Thank you so much for your congratulations, your endless support and for the fantastic meeting we had! I am so grateful for you! You are the best! A smile is my secret weapon (everyone should know their strengths), and I wish you to smile more, as scientists prove that this is the way to make yourself happy. My birthday is one of my favorite celebrations of the year. I'm celebrating it following all the traditions of national holidays that can be compared to Christmas (remembering the roots of my name), having no doubts to repeat it in two weeks (remembering the old calendar). Continuing to unpack my gifts and birthday wishes, I radiate with happiness on a global scale (I hope you can feel it). This year I've received so many wishes about traveling that right after my main celebration I'm going on tour. And if we meet on this journey, please don't forget that I'm still in celebration mode. The soundtrack for the upcoming year should be epic!

You can't plan to meet people who will change your life. It just happens. Maybe it's random, maybe it's fate. Either way, you can't plan for it. But you want to recognize it when it happens, and have the courage and clarity of mind to grab onto it. It's true for your lovers. And it's true for whatever you decide to do with your life. Have the courage to be guided by love. It's worth the life. I checked that out.

Today is my birthday And the year ahead I devote to love. I am deeply grateful for my dearest family and friends and for each and every one of you who is here today. I want to wish you to do everything for love and because of love only, because of the simple truth that is impossible to understand by logic but easy to feel. Love is not an award, it is guidance. This is my first birthday I get to celebrate at the theater talking about love, feeling love, and enjoying the art that became so precious to me since childhood. I was about five when I started to dance. I was about seven when I started to perform poetry. This year two starting points of my life came together, showing that the mission of art is the same as medicine. Art serves the mission to heal and sometimes even saves people's lives. Art serves the mission to unite people, sometimes even better than diplomacy. And there are no words to express how grateful I am for your congratulations today, arriving from all around the globe. Tomorrow I will be celebrating my birthday. A year ago... I designed a plan that turns dreams into reality and touched every aspect of my life. It had everything: purpose, growth, meaning. I categorized the goals and made a step by step roadmap to make every goal real. And it worked: Professional Personal Family and Friends Health and Beauty Leadership and Community Investments and Businesses Learning and Skills Seeds were planted. Steps were made. Goals were achieved. Except for the one. And here is why: You can't plan to meet people who will change your life. Not by plan. Not the one who fits the plan. I Am So Afraid of Not Having Time for Something I am so afraid of not having time for something, Of not savoring this life with full lungs, Of spending even a third of it on the wrong things, Of those years given to me freely by a higher essence, Of filling my days with the wrong deeds, feelings, work, cities, With people who walk beside me like shadows, Strangers not close to my heart. I am very afraid that tomorrow I will regret What yesterday I lacked the courage for. To be honest, I am afraid of growing old, Of seeing a grumbling old woman in the mirror. Blessed is the person who has an older brother! Once, my brother and I... Set out on a journey to listen to the best DJs on the planet personally, and throughout the entire night, my brother patiently served as my personal protective guard instead of enjoying the music... We went swimming at a secluded spot, where I cut my foot on a rock, and my brother carried me on his shoulders all the way back... We got a bike, and my brother decided to teach me how to ride it, and when we were falling, he covered me and fell himself instead... This is how the series of yet unreleased stories called Never Tell our Mom starts.

I want a big life. I want to experience everything! I want to break every single rule there is. They say ambition is an attractive trait in a woman? Maybe. (It is not.) But do you know what is really unattractive? Waiting around for something to happen! Staring out the window, thinking the life you should be living is out there, but not being willing to open the door and go get it even if someone tells you can't. Today is my Brother's Birthday, the person who formed my taste in music since childhood, challenged and celebrated my ambition! Forever grateful for the support I have thanks to that! There is an adventure to make your dreams real. What this adventure has led me to already is the contrast of events and the people I have met. Incredible people. The team of women who are ready to support each other with full-time devotion and enthusiasm. The heroes of my story and my life who supported me so greatly, investing their time and efforts into it. I am so grateful for this journey that is still continuing, and I cannot wait to share more about it with you! But before that, as you know, my birthday is coming, and I am here to share with you how we will be celebrating it. This time we will be celebrating it by making the first step towards your dreams. I will share with you how I make the plan that turns my dreams into reality. You have a dream. You have to protect it. People cannot do something themselves, they wanna tell you you can't do it. You want something. Go get it.

The events of the last few days proved: The most important thing to pay attention to when building a team is not speed, not skill set, nor the connections they have. The most important thing is the values they hold. That is unteachable. Never follow the rules you don't relate to. Make our own.
