🚨 EO 13848 — IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION ON THE 45-DAY TIMELINE I’m seeing a lot of people suggesting something BIG must happen 45 days after the election. But before we get ahead of ourselves, I encourage everyone to actually READ Executive Order 13848. There are TWO separate 45-day periods outlined in Sections 1(a) and 1(b): 1️⃣ FIRST 45 DAYS — December 18, 2026: The Director of National Intelligence (DNI) must assess potential foreign election interference and submit findings to the appropriate officials. 2️⃣ SECOND 45 DAYS — Approximately February 1, 2027: Following receipt of the DNI assessment, DOJ and DHS have another 45 days to evaluate whether foreign interference materially affected election infrastructure, vote tabulation, campaigns, or political organizations. That’s potentially 90 DAYS TOTAL, assuming the first assessment takes the full 45 days. And remember, these are deadlines for intelligence assessments and government reports — NOT guarantees of public disclosures or immediate action. Many are watching EO 13848 very closely, but let’s temper expectations, understand the actual process, and avoid setting arbitrary deadlines that create unnecessary disappointment. READ THE ORDER. Welp, the way I see it, is those scumbags in Congress didn’t do anything with the mandate and the majority we gave them in 2024. If they aren’t going to pass the legislation we want even when they have a majority, what good is having a majority? What is the difference between a GOP and DNC majority, if the legislation we want never reaches Trump’s desk anyways? Trump has been forced to do EVERYTHING from the Executive, so even if the Dems take both Chambers, nothing really changes. Trump will just veto everything the Dems send his way, and continue to make changes via the Executive Branch. I’ve said it many times in the past, and I’ll say it many more times; I truly have zero faith in the Legislative Branch, and the only way we are making any changes in this country, is when Trump and the US MIL shut down the insurrection and infiltration, and put all this madness to an end. Congress is useless, the Judiciary have gone rogue and are in open rebellion against the administration, the Democrat Party and media are conspiring with our foreign adversaries in wartime. There’s only one way this gets solved, and it’s through the Executive. As long as Trump still sits in the Oval Office, that’s really all we need.

They are the questions a sovereign republic must be willing to answer. III. The Constitutional Stakes The United States Constitution establishes a government whose authority derives from the people. If an adversarial foreign power deliberately subverted the mechanisms through which that authority is delegated, the consequences could extend far beyond ordinary election misconduct. Such an operation could constitute espionage, cybercrime, unlawful foreign interference, or a broader hostile intelligence campaign. Depending on its scale, effects, attribution, and legal circumstances, it could raise questions of national defense and hostile state action.
