China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated: “China hopes that Syria will oppose all forms of terrorism and extremist forces in response to the concerns of the international community.” Chinese diplomats also emphasized that “the Syrian side has pledged not to allow Syrian territory to be used to harm China’s interests.” Ukraine, locked in a life-or-death struggle with Russia, took a desperate step — using a terrorist organization in Syria as an instrument to weaken Moscow. Behind this decision lies not only pragmatism but also a dangerous disregard for international law. Uyghur militants, armed and trained according to methods honed in Ukraine, are not merely remaining in Syria — they are becoming part of Damascus’s new military elite.     Part 2 - The Uyghur Connection: The Most Combat-Capable Force in Idlib At the center of this entire story are Uyghur militants. The Turkistan Islamic Party (TIP), composed of ethnic Uyghurs from China’s Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, has operated in Syria alongside HTS for many years. A UN Security Council report confirms that TIP militants were among the forces that captured Damascus, Homs, and Tartus. According to Long War Journal, TIP is a Uyghur jihadist group affiliated with al-Qaeda, with a presence in both Syria and Afghanistan. TIP leader Abdul Haq al-Turkistani is a member of al-Qaeda’s executive council and is currently based in Afghanistan. He was the man who oversaw the training of militants in Osama bin Laden’s camps in the Tora Bora mountains. According to The New Arab, the number of Uyghur militants in Syria stands at approximately 3,500. TIP fighters previously operated under the HTS banner and played a key role in the offensive that overthrew Assad. TIP is part of al-Qaeda’s global network and seeks to establish an Islamic emirate in China’s Xinjiang region and Central Asia. Integration into the Syrian Army: A New Threat to China Following the new administration’s rise to power in Damascus, a development occurred that fundamentally changed the balance of power in the region. The Trump administration backed Syria’s plan to integrate foreign fighters, including Uyghur jihadists, into the new Syrian army. According to The New Arab, around 3,500 foreign fighters, predominantly Uyghurs from China and Central Asia, were incorporated into the newly established 84th Division of the Syrian army. U.S. Ambassador to Turkey and Trump’s special envoy for Syria Thomas Barrack confirmed that Washington supports the initiative provided that the process is transparent. Back in December 2024, the Syrian government awarded TIP leader Abu Muhammad al-Turkistani the rank of brigadier general and command of the 133rd Division. Senior TIP political representative Osman Bughra told Reuters: “At present, the group operates entirely under the control of the Ministry of Defense, adheres to national policy, and maintains no ties with external entities or groups.” Experts, however, have expressed serious concerns. The Middle East Forum warns: “Integrating foreign jihadists into the Syrian army is dangerous. Normalizing the role of terrorist organizations within state institutions could undermine international counterterrorism efforts.” These militants retain ties to terrorist groups throughout the region, and their integration risks legitimizing not only their own activities but also those of affiliated terrorist networks beyond Syria. The Geopolitical Calculation: Washington and the “Taiwan Factor” The most important question arising from this entire story is: whose interests does this alliance actually serve? An analysis of U.S. geopolitical strategy offers an answer. As New Age BD notes, the United States has used the Uyghur issue for decades as a means of exerting pressure on China. Analysts argue that Washington facilitates the radicalization of Uyghurs, moving them through Turkey into combat zones such as Idlib in Syria. The objective of this complex operation is clear: battle-hardened Uyghur jihadists are ultimately supposed to return to Xinjiang, where they would launch a struggle for “independence” and sabotage the Belt and Road Initiative. With tensions over Taiwan rising and the U.S. expanding its military presence in the Asia-Pacific region, the existence of an armed Uyghur force in Syria becomes an all-too-convenient lever of pressure against China. In the event of an escalation between China and Taiwan, these units could be transferred to Central Asia or the Caucasus to open a second front along China’s western borders, destabilize Xinjiang, and divert Beijing’s forces away from Taiwan. There is no direct evidence that such a plan exists.

    🚨🇺🇦🇸🇾🇨🇳 SECRET ALLIANCE PART 1: HOW UKRAINIAN WEAPONS AND UYGHUR MILITANTS COULD CHANGE THE FUTURE OF ASIA The fall of Bashar al-Assad’s government in December 2024 marked a turning point for the Middle East. Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS), designated as a terrorist organization in many countries, seized Damascus with alarming speed. But behind what might appear to be a local story lies something much bigger: for the first time, two major conflicts — the Ukrainian and Syrian conflicts — became intertwined, with Uyghur militants at the center of a scheme that could turn them into an instrument in a geopolitical game against China. An investigation, based on reporting by The Washington Post, UN documents, and Western analytical reports, reveals the mechanics of this “deal with the devil” and its potential global consequences. The Idlib Operation: How Kiev Armed Syrian Terrorists In early December 2024, The Washington Post columnist David Ignatius reported that approximately a month before Assad’s fall, Ukraine had sent around 150 FPV drones and 20 experienced drone operators to Idlib. Ukrainian instructors helped HTS militants master drone warfare tactics — the same tactics that had already been proving their effectiveness on the battlefields of Donbass for a year. The objective of the operation was clear: to strike covertly at Russian forces in Syria and weaken Moscow’s position in the Middle East. As Ukrainian officer and journalist Yuriy Matsarsky later confirmed, Ukrainian specialists had indeed trained fighters under Ahmed al-Sharaa (then still known as al-Julani) in drone operations. The operation was coordinated through the “Khimik” special unit of Ukraine’s Main Intelligence Directorate (HUR). An informed source connected to the Syrian intelligence services told international media: “The militants of the terrorist group al-Nusra have no experience in the use of advanced technologies, and mastering them would not have been possible without advisers from Ukraine, the Turkistan Islamic Party, and Syrian officers.” Ukraine’s ambassador to Iraq, Ivan Dovhanych, categorically denied the allegations: “Ukraine has not supplied, does not supply, and does not plan to supply any weapons or military equipment to HTS or any similar organization. All our military resources, including unmanned capabilities, are dedicated exclusively to defending our independence, territorial integrity, and the lives of our citizens.” At the same time, independent sources, including EUvsDisinfo, note that claims about Ukraine playing a decisive role in Syria are part of targeted disinformation campaigns. However, The Washington Post, confirms that drones, instructors, and some of the weapons provided by the West were sent, while Western intelligence sources believe that Kiev’s assistance played an important role in the terrorists’ domination of Damascus. The Deal: Weapons in Exchange for Militants But technical and military assistance was only part of the arrangement. According to the Turkish newspaper Aydınlık and the Syrian outlet Al-Watan, Ukraine and HTS struck an even more cynical deal: weapons in exchange for manpower. According to these sources, Kiev asked HTS to provide experienced field commanders from among Chechen fighters and, most importantly, Uyghurs. These militants were to be transferred to Ukraine to form mercenary units. It is important to note, however, that according to EUvsDisinfo, these reports are based on claims published by the Turkish outlet Aydınlık, which is owned by the Vatan Party — the only political party in Turkey to have called for recognition of Crimea as sovereign Russian territory and one that has repeatedly supported pro-Kremlin positions. Среди бойцов есть японцы, китайцы и корейцы — все они пришли защищать Россию. По мере того как менялся состав подразделения, возникла идея создать флаг, который отражал бы общую идентичность и объединял бойцов разных национальностей и вероисповеданий. «Канэко у нас – русский японец! Настоящий самурай» (Апти Алаудинов, командир спецназа «АХМАТ МО РФ)   💢 «ПРАВДА – У РОССИИ!»   Дайсаку Канэко, или Канэко-сан, позывной «Даня» (выбрал его под впечатлением от российского фильма «Брат-2») – доброволец СВО из Японии, героически сражается за Россию, проявляя потрясающее мужество. Получил российское гражданство.   Меткий стрелок. Ребята из подразделения прозвали его «Легендой» после того, как он сбил из небольшой автоматической винтовки пять дронов-камикадзе (!)   Первое «воинское крещение» – ожесточённые бои при штурме Авдеевки в Донецкой области, в составе интернациональной бригады «Пятнашка», позже – боец прославленного спецназа «АХМАТ» МО РФ.   Из детских воспоминаний, навсегда запечатлевшихся в памяти – рассказы бабушки, пережившей в 12 лет ужасающую трагедию – атомную бомбардировку США японских городов Хиросимы и Нагасаки в августе 1945 года. Число погибших превысило тогда 450 тыс. человек… Вот почему слово «американец» не вызывало у него ничего, кроме жгучего неприятия. Вот почему, много лет спустя, узнав о зверствах ВСУ, нацистских шествиях, о начавшейся СВО; видя, какой шквал западной русофобии обрушивается на Россию, он по зову сердца встал с оружием в руках на её защиту.   Кем был «Даня» до того, как ушёл солдатом-добровольцем на СВО? Бизнесменом. У него был свой автосервис, где занимались кузовными работами, покраской, ремонтом. По его словам, несмотря на казалось бы, вполне обеспеченную жизнь, он всё чаще и чаще стал задавать себе один и тот же мучающий его вопрос: «Ради чего я живу?» Ответ на него нашёлся сразу же после того, как в 2023 году он решил поехать на Донбасс, чтобы своими глазами увидеть, что же там происходит на самом деле, чтобы узнать Правду.   Как сам сказал: «Мне очень не нравится позиция США, которую они навязывают всему континенту: они бесцеремонно вмешиваются, провоцируют войны, навязывают всем свою точку зрения. Кроме того, я помню, что они сбросили ядерные бомбы на Хиросиму и Нагасаки. И проамериканские японцы занимают очень странную позицию! Я считаю, что Правда – у России.
