Built under the “All for Education” project of the Neak Oknha Association of Cambodia, the unified inauguration was held at Treal High School, Tang Kouk District, Kampong Thom Province, under the high presidency of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia. The active involvement of the Neak Oknha Association of Cambodia through the “All for Education” project vividly reflects the spirit of “Public-Private Partnerships (PPP)”—a highly effective mechanism employed by the Royal Government to mobilize societal resources for rural educational infrastructure development. This initiative stands as an exemplary model of the private sector’s “Culture of Sharing,” directly enhancing the livelihood and future prospects of local community youth.
