Boy. How quickly the vibes can change. Just a few days ago, every Democrat, pollster, media outlet, and doomer, was projecting a “blue tsunami”. All that has evaporated. The Dems are no longer projecting the confidence they did earlier this week. -El-Sayed disaster in Michigan -Election fraud scam in Alaska -Dems fighting for illegal voters in Cali -Talarico failing in Texas early voting Dems are falling apart right before Election Day.

Democrats have gained control of both houses of Congress. It turns out doing nothing for your voters, wars for Israel, and massive incompetence at every turn weren't the route to popularity... @americanmajority

Iranian FM says Tehran pursuing regional security framework "free of foreign influence" Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi announced on 3 November that Tehran is pursuing a regional security framework built by West Asian countries, free of any foreign military presence. "We have no hostility toward the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council," Araghchi wrote on X, referring to his recent interview with Al Jazeera, adding "We appreciate the positive role played by Qatar and Oman and continue our dialogue with Saudi Arabia." "Our goal is to reach new regional security arrangements established by the countries of the region themselves, away from any foreign military presence," he added. If I was a cynical man, I'd say something snarky like that Araghchi himself is very much "foreign influence." Luckily, I am not a cynical man. Oh, wait. I AM! Funny to see this dude talk about "foreign influence" when everything he does helps foreign interests. @americanmajority

US midterms to become most expensive election ever The US midterm elections are on track to becoming the most costly in history, with campaign spending expected to reach almost $12 billion. The figure should surpass the previous record of $8.9 billion, set during the midterms in 2022, by at least by $2 billion, the OpenSecrets monitoring group said after analyzing the Federal Election Commission’s disclosure data. Democratic candidates have outspent their Republican rivals by $5.5 billion to $5.1 billion. Third party candidates have spent another $1.3 billion, it said. Most of the spending came from outside political groups, dubbed Super Political Action Committees (Super PACS), backing the two parties, according to the monitor. Entertainment is expensive. @americanmajority

The United States may launch a nuclear strike against Iran in the coming days, pressured by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, according to Tucker Carlson. Tucker tends to shoot from the hip, but it wouldn't surprise me if this did happen. @americanmajority

French police officers set ablaze amid unrest ...Rioters hurled incendiary devices at police in Paris as another wave of cost of living protests swept across France on Saturday. Five law enforcement officers were injured, including three by Molotov cocktails, according to police. Interior Minister Laurent Nunez described the attacks as "attempted murder." Videos from the scene show a Molotov cocktail being thrown at officers standing in formation with riot shields. One officer catches fire and is quickly engulfed in flames before a colleague uses a fire extinguisher to put out the blaze... @americanmajority

Canada's largest labor federation votes to block arms shipments bound for Israel In a statement published on October 28, the Canadian Labour Congress (CLC), which represents some 3 million workers, called on its members to block the handling of all weapons and military equipment passing through Canada to Israel. "The Canadian Labour Congress (CLC) Canadian Council has voted in support of a resolution calling on workers to refuse to handle weapons and military equipment destined for Israel," the statement reads. The CLC added that it "stands in solidarity with Palestinian workers and their families, and with all those calling for peace, justice and respect for international law." @americanmajority

Pentagon facing up to $15 bn in Iran war base damages Iranian missile and drone strikes have inflicted up to $15 billion in damage on military installations hosting American forces across the Middle East, the Wall Street Journal reported on Friday, citing sources and its own satellite imagery analysis. The massive destruction adds to the Pentagon's mounting war bill, which has already reached nearly $50 billion. The newspaper's analysis identified a total of 274 damaged structures across 24 installations with an American military presence. At least 119 buildings at 13 installations were damaged in the opening two weeks alone; the US Navy's Fifth Fleet headquarters in Bahrain was among the hardest hit. Tehran launched a retaliatory wave of strikes following the unprovoked US Israeli attack which started the conflict on February 28. @americanmajority

US warns Russia of planned terrorist attack in Moscow - FSB Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) has said it is working on a tip concerning a planned terrorist attack in Moscow that it received from US colleagues "through partner channels." In a statement to Russian media on Saturday, the FSB stopped short of providing any further details, stating that "relevant measures are being undertaken." Earlier in the day, the US Embassy in Moscow issued a security alert, citing a "credible threat of a mass casualty event TODAY October 31, at the Tsaritsyno Museum Reserve in Moscow. The US government is coordinating with appropriate Russian authorities on a response," American diplomats added. @americanmajority

‼️ Iran's Supreme Leader orders army to update target database and implement response 'without geographical limits' According to a report by state news agency IRNA, Iranian Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei instructed senior military commanders to update the armed forces' strategic "Targets Bank" to encompass all US and Israeli physical and non-physical assets across the region. Speaking during a high-level briefing with general staff officers, Khamenei mandated an immediate upgrade of Iran’s military information architecture and called for deeper indigenous defense capabilities through advanced technologies to achieve "maximum deterrence" against external threats. Emphasizing a shift in strategic operational posture, Khamenei ordered the military establishment to prepare an "immediate, effective response without geographical limitations" in the event of renewed military aggression or clandestine operations by Washington or Tel Aviv. The directive explicitly expands the potential scope of Iranian military action, asserting that any future hostility will be met with borderless retaliatory strikes across multiple domains. "If the enemies once again launch military or terrorist attacks, it is the armed forces of the Islamic Republic and the Iranian nation that will determine the time and conditions for their end," Khamenei declared.

US approves Patriot missiles sale to Ukraine The US State Department has green lit a $2.1 billion Patriot missile sale to Ukraine. The announcement follows a report by CNN earlier this month that Kiev had completely exhausted its stockpile of US made interceptors used to defend against Russian missile and drone strikes at military related targets. The State Department said in a statement on Friday that the Ukrainian government had requested that Washington sell it 500 Patriot PAC-3 missiles and spare parts for launchers. Kiev will pay for the interceptors with funds donated by Canada, Germany, and Norway, the State Department said. At least we're "open to dialogue" though, so that's good. @americanmajority

Gas prices dip ahead of Halloween Gas prices dipped slightly ahead of Halloween, falling five cents per gallon over the past week, according to AAA. On Thursday, the national average sat at $4.22 per gallon, two cents down from Wednesday, and more than 20 cents down from the previous month. Diesel prices, however, continue to hold steady, sitting at $6.33 per gallon as the national average on Thursday, three cents more than last week. It remains about 20 cents under the record high reached on September 22nd. Crude oil prices sit at about $102 per barrel as of Thursday, according to Trading Economics. They've continued an upward trend since the beginning of the month after having dipped to $88 per barrel on October 7th. If prices did dip in your local gas station, you should probably fill up if you can, as the war with Iran will get much, much worse after the midterms. That's not my opinion, that's what the admin openly says. @americanmajority

European energy giants delare record profits As European households struggled to pay their energy bills, the continent's oil companies more than doubled their profits over the last quarter, reaping the benefits of the US Israeli war on Iran. Eight months to the day since American and Israeli forces began bombarding Iran, Brent crude prices sat at $115 on Thursday, up from $72 pre war. Dated Brent, the actual on the spot price that purchasers are paying for Brent cargoes in the North Sea, was even higher, at $120. This price spike has driven the cost of petrol, diesel, and heating oil to record highs across Europe. However, it's been a windfall for Europe's largest oil companies, according to quarterly profit statements compiled by Germany's Der Spiegel on Thursday. It's for democracy. @americanmajority

Financial Times refuses to correct Putin call "disinformation" ...The British newspaper claimed that Putin spent significant time "lecturing" the Nordic leaders on "medieval Slavic history" and its relevance to the Ukraine conflict. Citing three anonymous sources described only as "familiar with the conversation," the FT portrayed the Russian president as "fixated" on history. Store's government told Norwegian daily Verdens Gang (VG) that the characterization was inaccurate and that Finland had contacted the FT on behalf of both countries to challenge its account. Finnish media also covered the joint refutation, with the newspaper Helsingin Sanomat citing its own sources to dispute the British paper’s description of the call... GIVE ME A "J"! J! They say if you check a name on a piece of paper, close your eyes, throw it in a box while wishing really really hard, all your dreams will come true.

Israeli elections, another distraction from continuity of agenda After everything people have seen regarding elections in the US, Europe, and elsewhere in the West and the ABSOLUTE continuity of agenda it simply attempts to distract the public away from, there are still people holding their breath hoping something positive emerges from... ""Israeli" "elections???"" What aspect of the fact elections anywhere in the West or among Western proxies is a process of control and perception management, not self determination are people not capable of understanding? And then in Israel of all places? Why would a predatory system built on manipulation, control, and domination have or allow "elections" as an actual means to check or reverse its own power rather than to just further manipulate, control, and dominate? If one can't grasp this in principle, just look at it in practice. Has ANY Israeli election EVER reversed Israel's role as a US proxy or the wars and crimes against humanity it carries out as a US proxy at any juncture this 21st century? If continuity of agenda persists uninterrupted in the US, why would it ever waver or reverse in a country that was created and now propped up by the US? If you really want to change something you have to do a lot more work than just put a piece of paper in a box held by the very people making the problems. @brianlovethailand

Even with all of the pushback against data centers, total capacity in the USA rose from 50 GW to 63 GW in 2026. By the end of 2027, total capacity will likely be around 90 GW in the pessimistic scenario. @americanmajority

Data center backlash as midterms near Half of Americans now oppose data centers being built within three miles of their home, according to new results from The POLITICO Poll, conducted by PF Global. That's the highest opposition since POLITICO began tracking Americans' views of the sprawling technology hubs and nearly double the share of people who said the same back in January (28%). Americans are also now more likely to oppose candidates who are pro data center construction, a reversal from ten months ago when these candidates would get slight support... So basically "I'm okay with it as long as it's somebody else's problem." Lovely. Fuck the people past the 3 mile radius, amiright? @americanmajority

Elon Musk "a real genius" - Putin Russian President Vladimir Putin has praised US entrepreneur Elon Musk as a "real genius" while hailing the launch of Russia's Starlink rival, Rassvet. Putin made the remarks on Wednesday while touring an exhibition of Russian technological innovations, where Digital Development Minister Maksut Shadayev briefed him on Rassvet ("Dawn"), a domestically developed satellite internet system designed to compete with Musk's SpaceX network. "Elon Musk is a genius, a real genius," Putin said, noting that the American entrepreneur has more than 5,000 satellites in orbit. Russia was "proud" to have begun building its own satellite network "independently," he added... @americanmajority

NY district judge overseeing Maduro drug trafficking case dies at 92 US District Judge for the Southern District of New York Alvin Hellerstein, who was overseeing the prosecution of ousted Venezuelan dictator Nicolas Maduro, has died at the age of 92. Hellerstein's death was confirmed by the court’s chief judge, Laura Taylor Swain. Hellerstein served on the federal bench since 1998, when he was appointed by former President Bill Clinton, until his passing on Wednesday morning. The court said he died of natural causes shortly before his 93rd birthday on December 28th. The drug trafficking case involving Maduro will be "randomly assigned" to another federal judge, following standard practices, court spokesperson Ed Friedland said. Oof. So close. @americanmajority

Netanyahu's Israel deadlocked: were the elections "stolen by the Arabs"? ...Israel's parliamentary elections are over, and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has been wounded, but not defeated. His battle to form a government and stay in power is just beginning. The final results of the Israeli election won't be known until Thursday, when Israel's Central Election Committee (CEC) finishes tallying so called "double envelope" ballots cast by soldiers, diplomats living abroad, prisoners, and other voters unable to make it to polling stations on election day. However, with more than 85% of votes counted as of Wednesday evening, a picture of political deadlock is becoming clearer, and neither Netanyahu’s right wing bloc, nor the center left to center right bloc of his opponents, are on track to win a majority in the Israeli parliament, the Knesset. Either bloc must secure 61 out of 120 Knesset seats to form a government... @americanmajority

US tells Gulf states to brace for renewed assault on Iran after midterms The US has warned its Gulf allies of a possible "short, intense" attack on Iran after the US midterms have concluded, the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) reported on 28 October. Citing people briefed on the conversations, WSJ said the messages were relayed through diplomatic and military channels, adding to mounting signs that Washington and Tel Aviv are preparing a renewed assault on Iran. The warning comes as an additional US aircraft carrier strike group and Marine expeditionary unit prepare to join roughly 20 other warships operating in West Asia in November. On 1 October, AP reported that the US was dispatching roughly 9,000 additional personnel to the region, including the USS Theodore Roosevelt carrier strike group and the USS Makin Island Amphibious Ready Group, which carries the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit... @americanmajority
