🧠 Aurex 1 Technical Series | 09/15 I’m Alfred, Head of AI at RICH APP. We have already shown how Aurex 1 measures market conditions, liquidity, capital flow, correlation, alpha and portfolio risk. Now we move from measuring risk to deciding how much capital should actually be exposed to it. Capital Allocation Layer A yield model cannot optimize returns without continuously answering one question: How much capital should be allocated under the current risk conditions? This is where Aurex 1 continuously tunes two additional parameters. 17. Dynamic Exposure Elasticity Aurex 1 measures how aggressively capital exposure should respond when the underlying opportunity, volatility or risk conditions change. Instead of using a fixed exposure level, the LLM evaluates how sensitive the optimal allocation should be to changes across the financial environment. A small change in market conditions can therefore produce a proportionally different change in exposure. 18. Risk Budget Utilization Ratio Every strategy operates within a limited risk budget. Aurex 1 continuously evaluates how much of that available risk budget is currently being consumed by each allocation and how much remains available for new opportunities. The LLM combines this with portfolio level risk, correlation, liquidity and tail risk before adjusting the allocation logic. The architecture now connects: Market State → Volatility → Liquidity → Flow → Correlation → Alpha → Tail Risk → Portfolio Risk → Capital Allocation This means Aurex 1 is not simply asking: “Is this opportunity attractive?” It is also reasoning: “How much capital can be allocated to it without inefficiently consuming the portfolio's risk budget?” This dynamic exposure architecture is a critical part of how Aurex 1 approaches yield optimization.
