Portfolio Risk Layer A yield opportunity cannot be evaluated independently from the rest of the portfolio. The same position can have a completely different risk profile depending on existing exposure, correlations, liquidity and the current market regime. This is why Aurex 1 continuously optimizes two additional parameters. 15. Marginal Value at Risk Contribution The model estimates how much additional portfolio risk is introduced by each incremental unit of exposure. Aurex 1 uses this information to understand whether increasing an allocation is actually adding proportional value or disproportionately increasing portfolio risk. 16. Expected Shortfall Elasticity VaR alone does not describe what happens beyond the risk threshold. Aurex 1 therefore evaluates how sensitive expected tail losses become as exposure, volatility and market conditions change. The LLM continuously reassesses how quickly potential downside can expand when the portfolio moves deeper into adverse conditions. These parameters connect directly with the previous layers: Regime → Volatility → Liquidity → Flow → Correlation → Alpha → Tail Risk → Portfolio Risk This allows Aurex 1 to reason about risk at the level of individual exposure and at the level of the entire capital structure. The objective is not simply to identify risky positions. It is to understand the marginal risk created by every allocation decision. This portfolio level reasoning becomes part of how Aurex 1 evaluates exposure, capital efficiency and expected yield inside yRICH. 16 of 30+ adaptive parameters revealed.
