UKRAINE & RUSSIA — EMERGENCY WARNING SYSTEMS HACKED Millions of civilians potentially exposed to FALSE emergency warnings! In Ukraine, compromised alert applications reportedly distributed warnings involving: ⚠️ Nuclear and radiation emergencies ⚠️ Incoming nuclear-capable missiles ⚠️ Chemical attacks ⚠️ Street fighting Russia also reported its Emergency Ministry's notification application had been compromised, distributing false emergency messages.
