Texas Governor Greg Abbott says it is all going to come down to voter turnout today in Texas and that Republican victories depend on supporters casting ballots by seven o’clock tonight. “If Republicans across the state realize their VALUES are at stake and turn out and VOTE by seven o’clock tonight, we will ensure victories once again for Republicans up and down the ballot.” “We’ve got to make sure that Republicans turn out. BREAKING — In a 6-5 vote, the Ninth Circuit GRANTS the Trump administration's request to FORCE states to SET ASIDE suspected noncitizen ballots. The ruling allows the Trump administration to resume such requests and warn election officials of prosecution. The full court decision came on Election Day and restores the ability of the Justice Department to ask states to segregate ballots from people flagged as possible noncitizens. The order also permits the administration to warn officials that knowingly counting unlawful ballots could lead to federal prosecution. Five judges dissented from the majority. Channel: @JFK_TV

Ballots in Westchester County, New York, have been REJECTED because of an issue with the paper’s thickness, forcing officials to use "emergency ballot bags" while technicians work on a fix. The Westchester County Board of Elections initially said the thickness of the paper ballots was preventing machines from accepting them at polling locations throughout the county. Ballots are being placed in designated orange emergency ballot bags for later counting. Republican Mike Lawler addressed the situation in a news conference, stating there was an issue with the thickness of the ballot and the formatting of the machines so that none of the machines were accepting ballots across the entire county.
