🟢 Bitcoin recovered to $79,640 overnight after dipping to $77,600 yesterday. Oil is nearing $100 amid escalating strikes in the Gulf, which normally pressures risk assets, yet crypto held up. What's underneath: 1️⃣ More than 71% of all Bitcoin is now sitting in profit. The historical average is 74.7%, and crossing it has usually marked the shift from bear to bull. But there's a catch they point out themselves: more coins in profit also means more people who can sell. That may explain why the push toward $82,000 keeps stalling. Glassnode adds that volatility right now is driven less by leverage or market size and more by who actually holds the coins. 2️⃣ Strategy's return to bitcoin buying lasted exactly one week. Instead of adding more, the company spent $176 million buying back its own preferred shares. Bitmine went the other way, adding 28,086 ETH and moving within reach of 5% of the entire ether supply. 3️⃣ Both Bitcoin and Ether ETFs saw small outflows on Tuesday, around $47 million and $24 million. The thing to watch is whether inflows hold through this week's Treasury buyback and Friday's inflation print. 71% in profit reads bullish until you remember every one of them can sell. Which side of that are you on? Nothing in this material constitutes investment or financial advice. Trading digital assets involves significant risk, including the potential loss of capital.
