So today, we have a small continuation of a familiar topic: we’ll need one more wallet — this time on Arbitrum. But don’t panic just yet — it’s not as scary as it sounds 😎 🔵 Why Arbitrum? The main $XDAO token will launch on Arbitrum — a leading Layer 2 solution for Ethereum. It is a great fit for this purpose thanks to its combination of scalability, security, and low transaction costs. Why we chose Arbitrum, how it works, and what role it will play in the XDAO ecosystem — we’ll explain in a separate post soon. 🔐 What does this mean for you? The Solana wallet you have already connected is not going anywhere. You will still need it for further interaction with XDAO through the new product we are preparing to launch after TGE. At the same time, some of the wallets you are already familiar with — MetaMask, Keeper (formerly Tonkeeper), and Backpack — also support Arbitrum. To be eligible to claim your tokens, you will need to connect a non-custodial Arbitrum wallet with a 0x… address on the dedicated page and confirm the connection through your TON wallet. The process will be similar to the one you already completed for Solana. WALLET COLLECTION IS COMING TO AN END Dear community! Thank you to everyone who has already linked their Solana wallet. If you haven’t done so yet, need to link a different address, or need to restore access to your account — you have until September 20. 🗓 On September 20 at 14:00 UTC, we will take a snapshot and record: • Solana wallet address • balance • account data 🕔 After the snapshot, we will no longer be able to accept new addresses or make changes to accounts. 💰 Check or change your Solana address: @xdao_ton_bot → Airdrop → Change wallet ❗️ Please use only a non-custodial wallet, where you are the only one with access to the keys. LEGACY $XDAO TOKEN SNAPSHOT Dear community! We’ve seen many questions from holders of the first-generation $XDAO token. To avoid confusion with the new token, we’ll refer to it as the Legacy token going forward. 📅 On September 25 at 14:00 UTC, we will take a snapshot across the four networks where the Legacy token existed and was traded: Ethereum, BNB Chain, Arbitrum, and Polygon. How it works The snapshot records the wallets holding Legacy tokens and the amount held in each. The distribution of the new $XDAO, launching on Arbitrum, will be calculated based on this data. All addresses included in the snapshot are 0x... addresses and can be used on Arbitrum without any changes. Therefore, you do not need to link your wallet separately. 🔒 If your Legacy tokens are held in your wallet or in a vesting vault, you do not need to do anything. They will be counted automatically. 📈 If your Legacy tokens are still held on a centralized exchange, you need to withdraw them to your own wallet before 14:00 UTC on September 25. Any of the four networks can be used for the withdrawal. Legacy $XDAO tokens held by a DAO or in other smart contracts are recommended to be withdrawn to personal wallets, as DAO and smart contract addresses may differ across networks. ❌ Transfers made after 14:00 UTC on September 25 will no longer affect the final distribution.
