CleanSpark Raises $2.276 Billion in Debt to Finance Georgia Data Center Bitcoin miner CleanSpark has closed a $2.276 billion debt financing deal to fund the construction of a data center in Sandersville, Georgia. The financing consists of notes carrying a 7.875% interest rate. Proceeds will cover construction costs and reimburse equity contributions the company had already made to the project.
